3D Scanning
With our Laser Scanner, we can scan objects at a high accuracy of 0,02mm (Volumetric accuracy 0.02 + 0,015 mm/m)
Engineering
Our Engineering team is focused on optimising the scanned geometries or the provided files to the need of the additive manufacturing process. This also includes generative design approaches.
Machining and post-treatment
After the additive process, it is often needed to machine the functional surfaces. Furthermore, it can be necessary that the parts are heat treated to relieve the inner tensions.
Quality controll
All our parts undergo rigorous quality control. Furthermore, it is possible to do non-distructive testing such as ultrasonic or a penetration test.
